Salesforce Technical Architect

Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions to meet business requirements. Lead technical design sessions, architecting and documenting technical solutions, and providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Field Service Lightning and other systems.

What you will do:

Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Field Service Lightning and other systems using APIs, middleware, and other tools.
Lead technical design sessions and architect/document technical solutions aligned with business objectives, specifically for Field Service operations. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications focused on Field Service Lightning.
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing direction and support to ensure successful project delivery. Mentor and train junior developers and other team members on Salesforce Field Service Lightning technologies and best practices.
Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Field Service Lightning implementations.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly those related to Field Service Lightning, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study required, or6-8 years of additional relevant experience required.

Experience

7+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platformrequired
7+ years in a technical leadership role required

Licenses and Certifications

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect required
Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant required
Salesforce Certified Applications Architect required
