We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in grant management to join our team. This role requires significant experience with Salesforce technologies and a deep understanding of grant management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Experience developing grant management solutions for government or state agencies is highly desirable. The role involves managing multiple projects, solving complex problems, and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Develop and Implement Solutions: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored for grant management, including customizations and integrations to meet specific grant reporting and data collection requirements.
• Maintain and Enhance Systems: Ensure the functionality, stability, and performance of grant management systems by performing regular maintenance, updates, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and grant management processes.
• Custom Development: Utilize Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce to create custom solutions and interfaces that streamline grant management workflows and reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce grant management systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations and customizations, and provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Qualification:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on grant management solutions.
