Sales Specialist
We are seeking an individual to focus on Sales to help grow the company. The ideal candidate will have:
· Experience in the geotechnical construction or environmental remediation industries,
· Experience on projects that involved one or more of the specialties described above.
· Experience with clients in one or more of our target industries: oil & gas, coal ash, manufactured gas plant remediation, infrastructure, liquefied natural gas (LNG), various industries requiring environmental remediation (manufacturing, chemicals, etc.)
· A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
· A passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Track overall sales activities and prepare reports for senior management.
- Organize our lead tracking and customer relationship management systems.
- Collaborate with project management group to ensure client needs are met.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the geotechnical construction and environmental remediation sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn industry products, company services, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs (e.g., CRM).
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
