Sales Specialist

Job Summary
Arkansas Asphalt Solutions is an asphalt and concrete maintenance company specializing in serving Arkansas. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and business development strategies. Duties
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within assigned territories.
  • Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive direct sales initiatives to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
  • Manage territory effectively by analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, ensuring they are informed about the latest offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of territory management and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
