Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 43.5 per week

What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers and help them find the perfect vehicle
- Hit and exceed sales goals with confidence
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Stay informed on the latest automotive trends
- Navigate the sales process smoothly, from introduction to paperwork
- Leverage your expertise in sourcing buyers on Facebook Marketplace
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A competitive drive and a passion for closing deals
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Spanish fluency is a big advantage
- Flexibility to work customer-friendly hours
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and other social platforms for prospecting
