Generate leads:
Harness your engaging personality and communication prowess to attract potential clients via calls, referrals, and networking.
Tailor solutions:
Design roofing solutions that address the specific needs of each client, ensuring their homes are safeguarded and enhanced.
Deliver presentations:
Present our premium products with enthusiasm and accuracy, getting clients excited about their roofing options.
Build relationships:
Foster lasting client relationships, providing standout support from initial contact through to project handover to our project managers.
Exceed targets:
Take on sales challenges and surpass goals, celebrating your contributions to our company's growth.
Work with a team:
You will work closely with one other outside sales rep an one inside sales rep to form a sales pod.
Qualifications:
Willingness to be coached:
You have a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals, and we're open to training the right candidate with a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication:
Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively is second to none.
Problem-solving:
You excel at creative thinking and turning challenges into opportunities.
Roofing knowledge:
Experience with roofing materials and construction is beneficial but not essential.
License and transportation:
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for meeting with clients.
Willingness and ability to climb roofs:
You will not be able to have a fear of heights with this position as it requires you to get on roofs to perform roof inspections.

Audible:
Starway will pay for your audible subscription but you will need to listen to a minimum of one book about sales per month.
Training may involve spending your first 6-8 weeks of your employment as a site supervisor where you will work closely with one of our crews to learn the ins and outs of how we run our job sites. This will arm you with the knowledge you need to later be a standout sales representative for Starway. After the time as a site supervisor you will spend the next 3-4 weeks going through our training program to prepare you to best serve our clients. A move to Outside Sales is not guaranteed and must be earned. We are seeking team players who want to help win as a team! Required reading will include "Change Your Paradigm, Change Your Life", "Selling to Homeowners the Sandler Way", and "The Power of a Positive Attitude".
