Duties
Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
Utilize Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress.
Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
Engage in retail sales strategies to maximize product exposure and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and competitor offerings.
Manage assigned territories effectively, ensuring all potential clients are contacted.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong inside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
Ability to perform product demos effectively, showcasing product value to clients.
Experience in territory management, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics.
Negotiation skills that lead to successful contract agreements.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
