Supervise and manage Route, Wholesale, and Retail Store Sales teams, ensuring alignment with company sales targets and customer service standards.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of sales orders for all channels.
Develop, assign, and optimize sales routes and schedules to maximize coverage, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Provide training and guidance to sales team members on selling techniques, product distribution, cash handling, food safety standards, and collections processes.
Enhance and manage the sales delivery system for all channels, focusing on cost control, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Track and evaluate team performance to ensure adherence to sales targets, product return policies, and expense management goals.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fleet condition, ensuring preventive maintenance is scheduled and in compliance with safety standards.
Establish and monitor product distribution standards, guaranteeing consistent quality and service across all sales channels.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, keeping the team informed of pricing, product offerings, promotions, and distribution strategies.
Identify new market opportunities, expand customer base, and nurture relationships with existing clients across route, wholesale, and retail segments.
Report to senior management on sales metrics, staffing, market challenges, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews for sales staff and provide coaching to support professional development.
Partner with Human Resources to uphold company policies and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the food, beverage, or retail industries.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to optimize multi-channel sales operations.
Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail for monitoring performance and compliance.
Valid health certificate from Public Health and a valid chauffeur driver’s license.
Proficient in sales software, route optimization tools, and general computer applications.
Computer literate
HS Diploma or GED required
