Job Summary: The Mail Order/Client Specialist is accountable for the sales of watches, jewelry and other merchandise generated through our mail order system via mailing, internet and or telemarketing campaigns. Mail Order/Client Specialist are required to meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets. They are also expected to provide above average customer service and maintain excellent customer relations. Responsibilities and Duties: · Sell merchandise to customers and suggest related add-on sales or substitute merchandise to maximize sales. · Provide customer service exhibiting above average customer relations. · Demonstrate product knowledge. · Ensures sales/communications are recording accurately. · Operate with accuracy all systems including POS and inventory control. · Maintain a customer listing. · Cashiering to include credit card processing. · Point of sale computer operation. · Utilize computerized customer and prospect database. · Field internet and telemarketing inquiries to meet sales targets Skills: · Must be sales driven. · Excellent organizational skills · Self-motivation and initiative · Attention to detail. · Excellent communication skills - verbal/written, electronic/in-person. · Ability to thrive under pressure. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
