Sales Associate/3rd Key Holder - Seasonal or PT
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail 3rd Key Holder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and retail sales, with a focus on providing exceptional support to both customers and staff.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist in managing inventory levels and merchandising displays
- Train and develop retail staff to enhance sales performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle POS transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
