Sales Associate
Are you passionate about pets and customer service? Cedar Pet Supply is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail store, you will assist customers with their pet product needs, ensuring exceptional service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with purchases.
- Educate customers on various pets we offer, including reptiles, fish, birds, and small animals.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining displays.
- Achieve sales targets and goals.
- Passion for pets and a willingness to learn about different pet products.
- Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Cash handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry pet supplies and animals.
- Competitive hourly wage between $13-$14.50 per hour, plus commission.
