Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with purchases.
Educate customers on various pets we offer, including reptiles, fish, birds, and small animals.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining displays.
Achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
Passion for pets and a willingness to learn about different pet products.
Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Cash handling experience is a plus.
Ability to lift and carry pet supplies and animals.
