As a Sales Assistant, your primary focus is ensuring every customer receives exceptional service in a friendly environment. This involves proactive engagement, a welcoming atmosphere, expert product knowledge, and attention to all aspects of customer service.

What You'll Do

Recognize and meet customer needs with outstanding service at the Crocs store,
Maximize in-store sales and contribute to achieving sales figures.
Possess solid product knowledge and stay aware of current offers and promotions.
Assist with sales floor management, stock organization, and maintenance.
Take ownership of personal development and actively seek continuous improvement.
Contribute to team performance and suggest improvements in customer service.
Provide excellent service focusing on customer needs, giving information and advice.
Fulfill tasks assigned by store management, ensuring diligence and punctuality.
