Lead and equip team in the retail operations of the store, including the handling of cash and credit card payments, refunds, and all functions of the POS system in order to ensure the accuracy and security of all transactions.

Lead and train store staff in stocking store shelves and clothing racks, in order to provide customers with maximum shopping opportunities.

Responsible for the training of new employees in order to ensure the employees have all essential training needed to be successful in their position.

Complete, with accuracy, all financial reporting and bank deposits, to ensure truthful reporting and recording of daily sales and donations.

Complete with accuracy and a high level of organization all administrative needs of the store including schedules, coaching documentation, performance logs and any other necessary documentation that is needed for the operation of the department.

Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations to ensure all store issues, praises, employee relations, etc. are addressed.
