Travel to residential clients' homes to conduct assessments of roofing conditions and identify specific needs.
Develop and present tailored proposals that offer optimal solutions for roofing repair, replacement, or rejuvenation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate contract terms and prices, ensuring transparency and fairness in all dealings.
Utilize strong product knowledge and sales tactics to educate clients about our services and their benefits.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth execution of services post-sale.
Meet or exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies.
COMPETENCIES
Expertise in assessing roofing conditions and upselling appropriate solutions.
Ability to develop persuasive proposals and negotiate fair contract terms.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in home sales, preferable in roofing or home improvement industry
Strong ability to engage and persuade clients
Excellent verbal and written skills
High level of motivation and discipline to work independently
Familiarity to with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft office
Valid driver’s license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting in a car or in a home
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
