RN Admission (Registered Nurse)
Central Park Is looking for an Admission Registered Nurse (RN) Full time Monday through Friday 12-8pm.
Admission Registered Nurse (RN) Responsiblities:
Admission Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible but limited to: assure admissions are clinically assessed including wound care assessment is completed. Nursing care plans are initiated, medication orders are approved and sent to pharmarcy. Communicate with staff plan of care for new admissions and assure all safety measures are in place.
