Retail Sales Associate
## Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a flair for electronics and technology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment. ## Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels - Utilize effective communication skills to promote sales and build customer relationships ## Experience - Proficiency in English is required - Prior experience in cash handling and using POS systems is preferred - Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is an advantage - Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions - Experience in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products - Familiarity with conducting product demos to customers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
