We’re hiring a Retail Administrative Assistant to Live. Work. Explore. in Columbia Falls, Montana!

Job Summary:
Manage data entry for purchase orders and invoices while collaborating closely with the Accounting department and supporting various retail operations. Perform warehouse duties such as receiving shipments, fulfilling orders, and maintaining an organized environment, all while adhering to company safety and environmental practices.

The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: mid-April through early-October 2025
Pay: $19.50/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Housing: Employee housing is not available

Responsibilities:

Data entry for purchase orders and invoices with Raymark Merchandise Software
Work closely with Accounting department.
Provide support to Director of Retail, Retail Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and retail locations.
Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
Warehouse Clerk duties as required:
- Receiving and unloading trucks.
- Accurately fulfill purchase orders.
- Clean and organize Warehouse.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Accurately entering data into Raymark software.
Must be detailed oriented, organized, time management, math, and computer.
Experience in accounting preferred.

Physical Requirements include:

Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds.
Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, boxes, bags of ice, and bundles of wood. Some locations require frequent trips up & down stairs.
Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
Working safely with required chemicals.
Must have valid driver's license and good driver record.
