Resident Services Associate - Full Time

Description: Join our team! Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community located between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro in Chatham County, NC. We are currently seeking a Full-time Resident Services Associate to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. The Resident Services Associate is responsible for day-to-day room set up and breakdown. The Resident Services Associate is responsible for weekday package delivery as well as responding to technology service calls. The Resident Services Associate will assist the Director of Resident Services in the operation of events when needed. The Resident Services Associate will assist in the unloading and unpacking of residents’ groceries as well as assist in resident pet care needs. Must be willing to work assigned shifts, weekends and holidays. The associate must have the ability to work independently with problem solving skills.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for set up and tear down of meeting rooms including audio visual equipment.
Responsible for weekday package delivery to resident apartments and villas when needed.
Assist Director of Resident Services with activities throughout campus.
Respond to assigned technology service calls.
Assist in pet care including dog walking, litter box changing and plant watering.
Deliver groceries and assist resident in unpacking if they would like assistance.
Communicate with Concierge staff, Security and Lead Concierge.
Assist in maintaining a high level of service for residents and their guests.
Assist in organizing and keeping clean the back office, auditorium and all meeting rooms.
Assist Concierge with phones and greeting residents during peak volume hours.
All other duties assigned include, but not limited to, enhancing the Resident Experience.

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work closely with others as well as independently.
Problem-solving skills in order to assist in technology service calls and assist in monthly “Drop In Technology”.
Ability to multi-task.
High school degree or GED required.
