Replenishment Associate

VGM Fulfillment is a national leader in CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. As an employee-owned company, every person at VGM has a personal stake in seeing business succeed. We do this by taking responsibility from our customers for the key operations of order fulfillment: picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Our network of fulfillment centers is strategically located throughout the United States providing coverage to all 50 states. This role needs to be present onsite at our warehouse location in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Purpose Summary
As a Replenishment Associate, one is responsible for moving products to the proper location within the warehouse. It is important to make sure that all product, in the correct amount, is where it is supposed to be. Associates will do active replenishments on the scanner regularly, as well as consolidating any extra product on the floor as to clean up clutter and be more efficient.

Working Location: Phoenix, AZ Warehouse

Hours: Monday-Friday, 2nd shift 3:00pm -11:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Consistently keep up with replenishment requests on the scanner
Frequently consolidate overflow on the floor as to keep clutter down and product stocked
Make sure all roller racks are full
Handle radio calls regarding replenishing product
Be available to come in early and stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business.

Be willing and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment to support business objectives.
Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills.
Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to assist with other departmental functions upon request.

Key Qualifications:

Some warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
Willing to work overtime if needed including Saturdays and a few extra hours during the week.

High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

Standing and walking throughout the facility for extended periods of time
Lifting and carrying boxes up to 20lbs
Operation of warehouse machinery and equipment

Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
Strict adherence to all physical safety standards
