- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed, monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including those with dementia, to develop individualized care plans.
- Utilize Cerner for accurate documentation of patient information and care provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a Level II Trauma Center environment to ensure optimal patient management.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
