Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in beautiful Wilmington, DE is currently hiring for Full Time and Part Time Registered Nurses (RN)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
- The Registered Nurse administers, and records medications and treatments as assigned.
- The RN prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- The RN reinforces support and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
- The Registered Nurse participates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
- The RN assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
- The RN assists with unit management and/or assumes charge of unit as assigned.
