Position: Nurse - Per Diem
Location: Novo Sculpt, 40 East Putnam Avenue, Suite AB, Cos Cob, CT 06807
Hourly Salary: $40.00

Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards, prioritizing patient safety and confidentiality.
Perform nursing tasks with clinical proficiency, including medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment sterilization.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company protocols.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators to coordinate patient care and surgical schedules.
Uphold the highest standards of patient care and service excellence.
Consistently follow policies and procedures to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Assist in various clinical and surgical activities as directed by Clinical Leadership Members.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current Nurse license (RN, LVN, or LPN).
ACLS certification (required for RNs, LPNs, LVNs, and RPNs).
IV certification (required for LVNs/LPNs in the US and RPNs in Canada).
Experience in a surgical or plastic surgery office preferred.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
High energy with a strong focus on patient care and experience.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation:
This is a nonexempt role with a competitive hourly rate of $40.00. Full compensation packages are determined based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
