Position Description:
Regional Facilities Manager (OH, MI)
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory processes and protocols
Create, implement, and manage forecasted timeframes, equipment and supplies to complete projects consistent with budget and scope
Execute timely completion of assigned projects
Inspect work performed by property management team members and third-party vendors to assess effectiveness of policies and procedures and develop corrective action plans as needed
Manage and maintain company assets consistent with business expectations and reporting requirements
Maintain effective and timely communications with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve project deliverables
Provide direction or support in other areas as requested or required
Collaborate with site staff, contractors, and management to ensure O&M processes and company safety policies are followed and ensure correct use of safety equipment
Qualifications
Experience in SFG and moisture mitigation and remediation, and basic mold management O&M procedures
7-10 years of experience in senior maintenance supervisor or facility management related positions; strong leadership skills required
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities; demonstrated ability to earn credibility and influence opinion leaders
Outstanding time management and organizational skills ability to multi-task, prioritize work, manage multiple deadlines, and track deliverables in a fast-paced environment
High energy team player that is a self-starter that can work proactively with limited supervision
Strong ethics and integrity
