Bodhi Learning Center is a pediatric clinical practice and private elementary school in Cordova, TN. Bodhi Learning Center is looking for motivated and skilled clinicians, teachers, and assistants to join our team. There are opportunities for career advancement and income growth!
Teach courses pertaining to health sciences and physical education classes. Background in team sports, tumbling, or yoga preferred.
Duties
- Prepare and deliver lessons to elementary students on topics such as anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
- Prepare course materials, such as lesson plans, manipulatives.
- Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, course materials, and methods of instruction.
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
- Lead physical education classes to students ages 3-15.
- Select and obtain materials and supplies, such as textbooks.
- Participate in campus and community events.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Pass a background check
- References
- More than 5 years experience in competitive sports or yoga
