Records Request Team
Vital Records - Bismarck, ND - Records request team
The person selected will be responsible for request team activities, including answering the main phone line when the team leader is busy, processing web order requests, as well as all the other current duties on the request team. This position will need to provide all clients with the proper paperwork to be completed to properly request a birth and death records and then process the request, insuring all the proper documentation has been submitted to support the request.
To be considered for this position you are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and some office experience in Division of Vital Records are required.
The North Dakota Department of Health is a nonsmoking environment.

You will work in office in Bismarck.
