Description: JOB SUMMARY: As a receptionist/payroll clerk, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors and providing administrative support to facility personnel. This position is versatile and often includes a multitude of support duties including, but not limited to, supporting business office functions, assisting with the ordering of supplies, and providing support for payroll functions.

Knowledge of Paylocity a plus
Experience in Customer service/Administrative Assistant or Payroll is preferred

Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Demonstration of strong work ethic (punctual, dependable, and trustworthy).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure Payroll is processed on time and accurately.
Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments
Greet visitors and assist employees with questions.
Oversee and ensure supplies are maintained at an adequate level for forecasted production.
