Real Estate Salesperson

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • A valid real estate license is required to practice as a Realtor.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.
  • Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
  • Maintain an organized database of client information and property listings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Utilize administrative skills to manage paperwork and documentation related to transactions.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers.
  • Market properties through various channels to attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Stay updated on local zoning laws, property management regulations, and industry best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $110,204.00 - $131,159.00 per year
