Pay: $17 an hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Utilize computer programs for plant production and maintenance reporting, payroll, purchasing requests, and mobile equipment maintenance.
- Complete and organize necessary paperwork to effectively manage plant production, maintenance, staffing, and safety.
- Maintain up-to-date records including inventory, inspection systems, checklists, and financials.
- Assist and backfill for Customer Service Representative
- Assist and back fill point of sale / weighmaster duties for quarries and sand locations. This will require travel to different work locations in the market area
- Assist in the location and pickup / delivery of parts and supplies
- Assist in regular site inspections to ensure compliance and ensure that risk assessments are completed.
- Orders new materials as required, and coordinates with internal and external maintenance to address plant and equipment readiness.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations, if applicable, as set forth by the US Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), or any other regulatory agency.
- Operation of company vehicles requiring current driver license. Position is considered “Safety Sensitive”
Education / Professional Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Usually, normal office working conditions
- Occasional work in outside environments that are exposed to the elements and dusty conditions
- The position may require work outside of normal business hours
