Compensation: $ $23.00- $27.00 (D0E) Hourly
Schedule: Monday- Friday from 6:00 AM- 4:30 PM
Location: Mansfield, TX 76063
Job Description:
- Conduct daily inspections and tests of products and materials as outlined in the Quality Control Manual and third-party requirements.
- Perform pre-pour inspections before casting molds.
- Conduct post-pour and product acceptance checks according to program standards.
- Inspect products as per NPCA guidelines.
- Complete required compliance documentation and recordkeeping.
- Test products daily and report any deviations to the supervisor.
- Ensure product labeling meets OPI standards.
- Provide sales with product/test data when requested by customers.
- Assist in monthly QC training for process leads and technicians.
Position Requirements:
Simplified version:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of precast or related industry experience, or an associate’s degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, quality systems, or similar fields. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- ACI Field Testing Technician Level 1 certification required.
- ACI Strength Testing certification required.
- ACI Aggregate Level 1 certification required.
- Experience with concrete cylinder compression testing.
- NPCA PQS Level 1 certification required.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
