Job Summary

Provides Leadership, Improves & manages the IFF Quality, Product Safety system for business / technical processes necessary to meet customer needs for timely delivery of quality
products & technical services. Requires successful interaction with all manufacturing site functions & Global Quality to efficiently and effectively service (Internal/external) customer needs.
Oversees Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Product Safety at the local manufacturing site.

Knowledge of Industry & Regulation

Understanding of Food regulations and food manufacturing is key

Technical expertise including laboratory instrumentation
Excellent communication skills with external customers & preparation of written reports.
Good Sensory Skills (tasting and odor evaluation)
Solid Experience in the Flavors, Pharma, or Cosmetic Industry

Quality Best Practice

Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, and requirements for Food/Cosmetic Facility
Expertise in the IFF Quality Manual which outlines IFF requirements for the receiving, testing, and approval of Material
Excellent in a fast-paced environment involving skills in prioritizing projects and multitasking.
Be proficient in all computer systems SAP, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Project Management Skill

Skillful in Project Management
Knowledge of Financial analysis, legal framework, and business drivers.
Mastering project people leadership skill
Solid knowledge of Statistical Analysis, Six Sigma
