Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Develops and analyzes statistical data and specification to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy.
Selects and performs tests fuel/additive products for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and or chemical characteristics using full laboratory testing under ASTM D-1655.
Performs sampling on mobile and installed equipment.
Records test data, following statistical quality control standards.
Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis.
Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
Investigates customer complaints regarding quality.
Manage and inspect cathodic protection systems.
Inspects workers engaged in maintenance, inspection, and testing activities to ensure continuous quality control over materials, facilities, and work.
Comply with all Local, State and Federal regulatory reporting and requirements.
Facility Quality Control auditor.
Is able to meet the Station’s attendance standards.
Must pass all pre-employment testing including a physical, color vision test, audio test, and drug test.
Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, FAA, ATA 103, and Menzies documentation, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished iii written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
24-Hour HAZMAT Certification (can be trained)
Possess/maintain a valid driver’s license, TWIC Card and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.
