Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Quality Inspector with at least 1 year of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with industry standards and improving our production processes. Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to assess product quality, including calipers, gauges, and visual inspection methods.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality concerns.
Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing product quality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection or a related field.
Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
