QC Inspector
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Quality Inspector with at least 1 year of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with industry standards and improving our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to assess product quality, including calipers, gauges, and visual inspection methods.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality concerns.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing product quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection or a related field.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
