SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will report to the VP, Logistics & Operations and will support company-wide initiatives that drive strategic objectives, efficiency improvements, and cross-functional project execution. This role will collaborate closely with the executive team, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects aligned with corporate goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • None.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of corporate-wide projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and business goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for corporate initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables to the executive team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project teams and allocate resources effectively, ensuring priorities are aligned with organizational objectives and deadlines are met.
  • Act as a primary liaison between project teams and the executive team, ensuring that project deliverables meet corporate objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team, anticipating potential challenges, and recommending strategic solutions to ensure project success.
  • Ensure alignment of all projects with long-term corporate growth strategies, collaborating with department heads to adjust projects as needed based on organizational priorities.
  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives by collaborating with various teams, including finance, IT, HR, marketing, operations, and sales, to ensure smooth execution of enterprise-level projects.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum.
  • Assist in the development of quarterly Board meeting presentations and the related data analytics highlighting company metrics and performance.
  • Act as a key participant in corporate strategy discussions, helping to shape project roadmaps based on evolving business needs and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement in project management and execution across the organization.
  • Develop and implement best practices for project management within the corporate structure, ensuring repeatability and scalability for future initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned.
MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, preferably with experience in corporate, cross-functional, or enterprise-level projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity with finance, IT, HR, marketing, or operations teams is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with corporate strategy, process improvement, and project management best practices is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written & verbal communication Skills, and organizational Skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under strict time constraints.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite and systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent professional designation(s).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Some physical requirements may include:
    • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, typing, reading, talking, and hearing.
    • The ability to lift up to 15 pounds with or without assistance.
  • The ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.
