CONTRACT

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, including project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project scope and objectives.
Coordinate with clients and team to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery and escalate as necessary.
Conduct regular status meetings with project team members to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing guidance, motivation, and mentorship to project team members.
Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and present project reports, analyses, and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, milestones, and accomplishments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
Proven experience of 1-3 years in project management, with a successful track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively communicate with clients and team at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Autodesk Build, etc.)
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Flexibility to travel throughout the Southeast including but not limited to Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
