What you’ll do:

Support sales initiatives, installation deadlines, and all other supporting tasks
Coordinate and schedule Solar, Generator, and the Install/Remodel Departments installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines
Collaborate with project managers and technicians to allocate resources effectively and optimize project workflows
Process all necessary permitting needs for the Generator, Service and Install & Remodel departments, to include gas metering upgrade submittals
Document and address any project deviations, issues, or changes, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders/clients
Assisting in keeping the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer and technician satisfaction, loyalty and retention
Capacity to identify issues, analyze situations, and develop solutions

What you’ll bring:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience within a sales, installation, or service coordinator & dispatching role
Experience in mechanical contracting preferred
Proficiency in using CRM systems (Service Titan preferred), MS Office, email, and online platforms (Generac - Power Play and more)
Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Valid driver’s license
