Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The primary focus will be on managing a 5-year, $15 million combat vehicle project for the military. The role involves presenting reviews to customers, revenue planning, delivery, and after-project analysis. The Project Coordinator will utilize Visual Software, Microsoft Office, and MS Project to ensure the project's success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Present reviews to customers and manage revenue planning and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, supply chain, and other departments to keep projects on schedule.
• Utilize Visual Software, Microsoft Office, and MS Project for project management tasks.
• Manage data entry and project administration tasks.
• Take on one or two smaller-scale projects as needed throughout the main project's duration.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience with MS Project and MS Office.
• 3+ years of experience in coordinating projects and working cross-functionally with manufacturing teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in project coordination and management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with DOD (Department of Defense) and AS9100 standards is highly desirable.

Work Environment

This role is onsite and requires working closely with engineers, supply chain, and other team members to ensure projects stay on schedule. The work environment is collaborative, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments is crucial.
