Responsibilities:
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Bachelors or Masters of Architecture degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of experience

- Proficiency with Revit, Auto CAD, MS Office, and Sketch-Up

Responsibilities:
- The Project Architect will be responsible for designing and managing the overall project design and development process to ensure that construction documents conform with Scope AC's agreement with the client.
- Lead and manage a multi-discipline project team of architects, designers, and engineers.
- Lead project programming, planning, design, development, review, and coordination of contract documents and specifications, coordination of consultants, and administration of construction contracts.
- Lead workload projections, manpower scheduling, and manage project profitability.
- Lead and mentor junior architectural staff with all aspects of project design and delivery.
- Assists in preparing project presentations. Will participate and/or lead client presentations.
- Communicates with consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other disciplines to ensure effective communication.
- Monitors construction administration during the construction phase.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients and consultants.
