Production Technician (Trimmer & Packager)
Job Description
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the efficient trimming of cannabis plant into final product which the patients purchase.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Preferred Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Ability to use/handle garden shears. General cannabis knowledge.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.53 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Responsible for the trimming and shucking of the cannabis plants by hand or garden shears in accordance with guidelines set forth by company code of standards.
- Must be able to count in grams to assure proper weight is being packaged.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the trim area and equipment.
- Responsible for procuring the plant(s) to be trimmed from the Packaging Manager.
- Operates trimming machine after training by Grow Manager.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
