Production Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is critical in ensuring that production processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while meeting quality standards.

Duties

Manage daily operations of the production floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate activities of production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Oversee the assembly line processes, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of production goals.
Utilize power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly tasks as required.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resolve any operational issues.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and equipment usage.

Qualifications

Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility environment.
Familiarity with operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is preferred.
Experience working with power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
