Prominent equipment and structure manufacturer and supplier in industrial, municipal, and environmental market segments in need of a production leader based in Conway. Work will include supervision of the production workforce and processes to ensure the safe and efficient production of structural products that meet quality standards and customer specifications. responsibilities:

Hands on Leadership and direction to employees and lead department meetings.

Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored, and targets achieved.

Support a high-performance culture where suggestions are embraced.

Give feedback to drive employee development.

Drive Productivity and Safety improvements.

Perform Labor reporting for employees.

Recommend process improvements.

Interview and select employees.

Recommend wage adjustments.

Other duties as assigned based on business need.
