Job Responsibilities:
Follow all KENTWOOL policies and practices to ensure safety, quality and cost objectives are met.
Maintain product flow and meet anticipated production output each shift.
Guarantee quality assurance including product inspection throughout all aspects of production.
Verify and ensure the correct lot number, bail number, color markers, tickets, and crayon marks are being used. Mark tickets and product for correct identification.
Move carts, cans, and bins containing product. Load and unload items as needed.
Ensure good housekeeping of all work areas. Collect waste material from machines and floors.
Perform weight checks on product.
Start up and stop equipment.
Record data.
Follow instructions from Team Leaders, Supervisors and Plant Management.
Transfer to other departments and positions as needed. Perform departmental duties are required.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 10 pounds repeatedly as needed over a 10-12 hour period.
Ability to grip, grasp and twist both hands and wrists regularly.
Ability to work around wool and dust.
Ability to stand and walk continuously for 10-12 hours.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, squat, push, pull, reach above shoulder level throughout working hours.

Ability to work as a team player.
Strong attention to detail.
Adaptable, willing and interested to learn/do new tasks.
Read and write English.
Basic math skills including addition and subtraction and use of a calculator.
Read a digital weight scale.
Education/Experience:
1 year of continuous work experience preferred, however WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
