Overview:
Manages the St. Luke’s Internal Medicine location in Meridian, Idaho, providers and clinic in a manner that ensures patient care is delivered in a safe, timely and patient-centered manner. Focuses on implementation of operational plans that lead to achievement of strategic initiatives. Oversees the daily operations of a smaller clinic and staff. Responsible for 12 providers/APP’s; 25 FTE's. This has an on-site Pharmacist, and does on-site blood draws.

What to Expect:

Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards.
Leads the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice, and ensures their achievement.
Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget.
Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office.
May require cross functional knowledge in management, accounting, human resources, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems.
Communicates accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree
Previous experience managing people and having direct reports (more than 10 people preferred)
