Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office located at 17 Corporate Hill Drive, Little Rock, AR, as well as assisting with various tasks as needed. Ideal candidate has experience in customer service, maintaining facilities, personable, and a impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times

• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

• Dust furniture and fixtures

• Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Clean and sanitize restrooms

• Assist with setting up and breaking down conference rooms for meetings

• Assist with moving furniture and other items as needed

• Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Assuring office lobby is clean and clear of any issues throughout the day

• Stock office supplies and kitchen materials, including vending machines and other kitchen items

• Clean out refrigerators

• Maintain front entrance and parking lot appearances

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• >2 years of customer service experience

• >2 years of professional office environment

• Prior experience as a porter or janitor preferred

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

• Thrive in a fast paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Good communication skills

• Reliable transportation and clean driving record

• Ability to follow all policies and procedures of RHS
