Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Pool Host

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

The Pool Host provides guests with water and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool. They will s erve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. They are responsible for r esponding to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.

We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for service! This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge. Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards is required. Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task!

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
