Responsibilities

Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced PMO Operations Lead for the USCYBERCOM program located at Fort Meade, MD.

Location: Remote role, with the ability to come on-site to Fort Meade, MD as needed.

In this role, you will:

• Support Program Manager is execution of Business Operations for successful execution of program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract; coordinate with Peraton contracts, subcontracts, security, staffing manager, and human resources.
• Support interaction with government contracts team and technical points of contact regarding financial execution, execution to contract requirements, and program risk and opportunities.
• Manage deliverables execution.
• Support coordination across team and stakeholders to effectively execute program tasks to include preparation of customer and corporate presentations and reports.
• Maintain program documentation.
• Manage analysis and recommend action to programmatic challenges and issues.
• Conduct program meetings; responsible for program tracking and analysis.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, program estimates, resource plans, and status reports as needed.

Qualifications

R equired:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline.
• 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• The ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI with the ability to obtain a Poly security clearance.

Desired:

• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification. Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
