Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Lead a team of 4-8 technicians to improve their selling and plumbing skills
- Set revenue goals with rewards for exceeding team goals
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
- Select plumbing opportunities where we can maintain and develop our plumbing skills
- Understand, oversee and ensure vehicle and shop cleanliness, organization and stock.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Journeyman Plumbing License
- Minimum 3 yr in a Supervisor Position
- Possess integrity, trustworthiness, loyalty, and dedication, as well as leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read sales reports, understand and generate estimates, manage company risk and hold the team accountable for revenue, costs, and job accuracy.
