Pay: $21-$28 per hour Responsibilities:

Strategically assign calls based on the key priority matrix: Call history, dispatch boards, Tech ability, equipment age, warranty, and routing.
Communicate with customers to schedule appointments, provide service updates, and resolve issues.
Check-in calls with the service technicians to assist technicians with close-out and dispatch to the next call.
Research and assign calls.
Responsible for maintaining the dispatch board with support from the Customer Service Department.
Participate in training as necessary.
Other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

At least two (2) years of Electrical or Plumbing Dispatch Experience, preferred.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Service Titan), preferred.
Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer Skills
Must be able to work daily 8:30-5:00pm.
Must be able to work at our Tualatin office.
