Who is Sassool?
We are a family owned and operated Mediterranean Cafe with two locations.
The Sassool Cary Location is looking to hire one fulltime grill/baker to add to our team.
The grill person cooks to order:
- PIta Bread
- Flatbread pizzas
- Grill kebobs (chicken, steak, lamb and Kafta)
- Grill Shawarma (Chicken and Beef/Lamb)
- Fry Falafel
- Make Sandwiches
- Make Salads
You will also have to do meat and vegetable prep for the grill station. This includes skewering kebobs, portioning shawarma meat, slicing tomatoes, cucumbers, making sauce ramekins, etc. You will be provided training on how to complete any of these tasks. Morning bakers must mix dough and sheet out the pita bread for the day..

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
