Job Summary: As a Pharmacy Technician at Ameri Pharma, we have various positions available ranging from customer service, data entry, billing, and traditional pharmacy technician duties. Placement options will be discussed during an in-person interview.
Schedule Details
In-Person (Orange, CA)
8 hour shift/40 hours a week within hours of operations: Monday - Friday 6:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays 7:00am-3:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare prescription orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner
Verify prescription information and dosage
Complete orders and refills under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
Clean, and help maintain, equipment and work areas
Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician License
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic math and analytical skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to perform task accurately and efficiently
Reliable and dependable
Positive and optimistic
Attentive and detailed
Must have open availability and willing to work weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years’ experience working in a Pharmacy (entry level candidates welcome)
