Job Overview
Fast-growing wholesale premium bouquet company, is looking for a reliable and experienced part-time Floral Production Assistant to join our team! We specialize in crafting beautiful market bouquets and need someone who loves flowers and is excited to grow with us.
What You'll Do:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week

What You'll Do:
- Clean and process fresh flowers
- Assemble kraft paper-wrapped market bouquets
- Sticker and prep bouquets for retail
- Prepare materials (e.g., kraft paper wraps, twine)
- Light cleanup and organizing in the production space
- Air-conditioned production space near downtown Los Angeles
- Positive, welcoming environment
- Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 am - 4 pm (with the likelihood of extending to a third day soon)
- Experience with flower processing and assembling market bouquets
- Reliability, motivation, and a love for flowers
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- A keen eye for bouquet design or social media skills is a huge plus
- Opportunity for growth as the business expands
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
